Promoting the Nova Scotia Recruitment and Retention Toolkit as A Practical HR Resource in Small and Medium Enterprise (SME)

The objective of this project was to develop a “Training for the Trainer” model for Workplace Educators (AWENS) and Skill Development Coordinators in applying the Recruitment and Retention Toolkit (2008) in the Nova Scotia business sector. The Partners were the Nova Scotia Association of Regional Development Authorities – or NSARDA, Greater Halifax Partnerships and The Canadian Federation of Independent Business in Nova Scotia. This project was funded by the NS Department of Labour and Advanced Education, Skill Development Branch.
